We have started our operations in Borivali East, Pin Code 400066, Mumbai. We have made arrangements to soon expand in other areas of Mumbai as also will be available in other major cities.

1. How am I notified if my order is placed at eBZaar.com
You will get an email alert and a SMS alert as soon as you have placed your order.
2. Is there a minimum order value?
Yes, there is a minimum order value of Rs. 250/-. Orders cannot be placed below this value.
3. Can I place orders on more than one store?
Yes, you can place order on more than one store – however each order will need to be placed separately – in other words, you will need to place one order at a time. Each order is processed and delivered separately by the respective store.
4. Do I need to create an account to place order with eBZaar?
We have guest checkout option in case you do not want to create an account. You can also use your social media accounts during checkout. However, creating an account ensures that your shopping experience is better, faster as also allows you to earn eBZaar eCash points.

6. When will my order get delivered?
Your order will usually be delivered at the date and time selected by you during checkout. Your store always does it best to ensure timely deliver.
In a rare case, delays may happen due to sudden spike in order volumes or occasional traffic issues. They will always ensure to call you and update you to arrange delivery at an alternate time to suit your availability.
7. Who delivers my order?
Order delivery is undertaken by the store on whom the order is placed. Order will be delivered at the delivery address provided by you during the checkout process.
8. Can I place orders over the phone?
Currently we do not take orders over the phone.
9. Can I add / modify or cancel my order?
You can add/modify an existing order at least one hour prior to the start of the delivery slot. For instance, if delivery is schedule for 2-6PM delivery slot, order can be modified till one hour prior i.e. 1PM. To cancel an item / modify your order, please reach out to our Customer Service team at email@example.com or call on +91 9833 99 6502 or alternative you can go to My eBZaar account and place a cancellation request online.

11. I am getting an error about delivery address during checkout?
Each store has a defined delivery area to which they cater. This is the basis on which the list of store is displayed when delivery address is inserted in the address bar on home page. In case the store is not delivering to the address or the post code, the checkout page shows and error, and the checkout process is stalled.
